Every September, we bring the most talented artists in the city to Westwood Town Hall to show off and sell their beautiful creations to the Westwood community. This event is free and open to the public. Westwood Art Show vendor spots are reserved for handmade and homemade products only.

Westwood Art Show vendor spots are reserved for handmade and homemade products only. We are not able to accept applications for mass produced or third-party sales items. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, battery lights (if applicable), etc. There are no refunds for weather, the Art Show is rain or shine.

Timeline

Application Open: April 12, 2024
Early Bird Submissions: If you submit your application for the Art Show by May 20th, you’ll be eligible for early notification. You’ll fiind out if you’ve been selected by June 1, 2024.
Standard Vendor Notifications: July 7, 2024
Application Closed: June 30, 2024

How it Works

Application Process

There’s a 3-step process to apply for the 2024 Westwood Art Show:

Apply above.
Pay a $10 non-refundable application fee. This secures your spot in the applicant pool.
If you’re chosen, you’ll receive a link to complete the full application (costing $65). The $10 fee will be credited towards the final application cost.
